Thank you for your interest in Volunteer Frederick’s Big Sweep! Individuals, families and representatives of nonprofit organizations - including civic groups, churches,
youth groups and schools – can participate in the BIG Sweep. This page will help you get started – here you can:
Registering your organization, club, or group is easy: download the form below (we can also fax or email you a copy) and fill it out. Once we’ve received your Team Participation Agreement, your organization will be registered and you can begin fundraising. When we disburse your funds, the money will be sent to the address and person you have listed on this form. (Individuals and families skip to Step Two.)

Step Two: Register as an Individual BIG Sweep Participant
All participants in the BIG Sweep must complete a registration form. You can either register using our online form, or download a copy of the BIG Sweep Individual Registration Form below. If you are leading a BIG Sweep team you can direct your team members to our website where they can register themselves, OR you can download the forms and hand them out to the group. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive regular updates and reminders. Download a BIG Sweep Team Form to track your team members.

Step Three: Attend a training session to learn more about building a team, fundraising, and what will happen on the BIG day!
We will provide several BIG Sweep informational meetings in the weeks leading up to the BIG Sweep - dates to be announced. They are all the same - you only need to attend one! We'll give an overview of the BIG Sweep, discuss strategies for putting a team together, provide fundraising tips and give you guidelines for planning a safe clean up day on April 21!
All team members are welcome to attend the kick-off breakfast (location to be announced) on Saturday, April 21 from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m..
You can pick up your supplies on either Friday, April 20, from 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. OR Saturday, April 21, during the kick-off breakfast from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m.
